A +VDC input (+15V to +18V)
B Signal input (high)
C N/C
D N/C
E Ground
F Ground
H Galvo High
J N/C
K Galvo Low
L -VDC input (-15V to -18V)

NOTE: Amplifier is fused at 1.5 amps (Microfuse)

 

Adjustments on card

Adjustment trimmers in order from top towards bottom (edge connector) of the card - see layout diagram above.

Trimmer Name Description
VR2 Servo Gain adjusts feed-forward compensation
VR1 Input Gain adjusts level of input signal
VR4 di/dt adjusts level of derived feedback
VR5 Damping adjusts velocity signal level
VR3 Phase fine-tune adjust to balance X-Y scanner pair
VR6 DC offset Normally set to zero (center of range)
