Unclassified Ads

   This is the place to post buy, sell, trade, wanted, Requests For Quotations, employment opportunities, announcements, etc., specifically related to lasers and laser light shows. Commercial messages and product promos for lasers and laser equipment are ENCOURAGED in this area.

Unclassified Ads Nettiquette:

To get the most from your post, please follow a few simple steps.

    Post the details of your offering in the subject line. Use these abbreviations to help people find what they need

• FS: = For Sale
• FS/T: = For Sale/Trade
• WTB: = Wanted to Buy
• WTB/T: = Wanted to buy/trade
• EMP: = Employment offers, help wanted
• INFO: = Information posts, new product info, general information
• REQ: = request for information or sources
• RFQ: = request for quotation

Your name and company name [if applicable] should be posted in following format "Your Name / Company Name" so people know who to contact when responding to your ad.

If you wish to post your phone and fax numbers [Use Tel: and Fax: before the numbers], be sure to include country codes when applicable.

Include your name and E-mail address again at the end of your post (see notes below).

You may also include a URL if it points to a page with specific information on your offering/info [be sure to provide the fully qualified URL - E.G.: http://www.provider.com/PageName.html rather then www.provider.com which would not point directly to the relevant page].

Notes:

CONTENT:  LaserFX.com reserves the right to remove or edit any ads that are not relevant to our subscribers or that contain inappropriate or offensive language or for any other reason without notice.  Offenders may be blocked from our domain without notice.

PICTURES:  Members and site boosters [those who have ad buttons at the top right of the pages] may post one picture in their unclassified ads FREE.
To get your picture on line, first post your ad, then cut and paste your ad text to an E-mail and send it to us with the picture as an attachment.  Pictures must be in .jpg or .gif format and may have no dimension larger then 400 pixels.  Pictures may take 1-5 days to be posted into your ad.  We reserve the right to alter pictures to fit and to compress them for faster downloading.
Pictures can be posted in non-members ads for a fee of $5.00 US$ per picture; non-member ads with pictures that are posted without a fee payment will be deleted.

SPAM NOTE: There are many automated programs in operation that "harvest" E-mail address from web sites in order to compile lists and send you Spam.  Our site is very popular and is regularly visited by "spiders" and "spambots".
    If you do not want additional Spam from having your address posted in the Unclassified Ads, we recommend you "munge" your address by posting it in the format UserName<at>Provider<dot>com which is easy for humans to understand but which is ignored by automated systems as it does not contain the @ symbol [E.G.: info<at>laserfx<dot>com].

DURATION: Ads will be deleted after approximately 60 days. If you wish to have your ad deleted before this time, send E-mail to us with the subject REMOVE AD and copy of your ad in the body of the E-mail.
