Laser Show Resources

Selected Links

This section of the Backstage area provides a collection of selected off-site links listed alphabetically.  There are literally thousands of pages on the Internet devoted to lasers and to laser lights shows,  This page gives a listing of some of the web sites that may be particularly useful or interesting to laserists.
This is by no means a complete and exhaustive list.  If you can recommend any pages that should be added to this list please contact us.
Note: We are not interested in listing pages that just advertise lasers and laser products, but rather pages that provide useful or helpful information.  Websites change and are revised frequently so no all links may work.

  • Colour Science - Useful page from Department of Physics and Astronomy of Stephen F. Austin State University with information and links regarding colour along with some spectrum charts.

  • Holoworld - The site for information regarding holograms and holography [three dimensional photographs made with lasers as the light source].

  • ILDA (International Laser Display Association) - A Non-Profit association dedicated to advancing and promoting the professional use of laser displays through awards programs, technological standards, safety policies, and public outreach. Members include companies, nonprofit groups and individuals who produce laser light displays and technology in the fields of art, entertainment and education.

  • Laser Safety Links - Laser safety is an important area for laserists.  This page lists some links to laser safety resources.
